Hanabishi has been tempting Melbournians with traditional Japanese food since 1989, offering a broad range of Japanese cuisine to suit all taste buds.

Open for Lunch and Dinner five days a week, Hanabishi offers everything from traditional bento boxes, fresh sushi, sashimi, and delicate wagyu gyu sashi (wagyu sashimi), to specialties such as their salt kiln barramundi (Barramundi no Shio gama yaki) and miso marinated sea perch wrapped in cedar wood (sugiita yaki). We also offer a hearty premium grade wagyu sukiyaki or shabu shabu hotpot, only available for dinner.

Bookings are essential however we do welcome walk in guests,  we are also able to cater for large functions in our private dining area.
