As part of our ongoing aim to provide a high level of choice and service and to ensure that your visit to Hanabishi is as enjoyable as possible, we welcome your comments and suggestions, and encourage both praise and criticism.
Once the contact form has been successfully submitted you will see a confirmation screen, otherwise please check that all mandatory fields have been filled out.
Reservations Process
We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your reservation. As we are not monitoring email 24 hours, we would recommend that you book at least 2 business days before your reservation is due.
Please note, we cannot guarantee that Hanabishi is not already fully booked on the day that you have made the reservation. Please feel free to call us directly to confirm. Our booking reception opens from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm and 5 pm to 10 pm, Monday to Friday.
