Sommeliers Australia in conjunction with Masahiko Iga is happy to present what promises to be an incredible Sake masterclass for twelve lucky members.

Masa is presently in Japan sourcing some very rare and expensive artisan sake and he has kindly offered to share these gems and his experience with us (at cost price, bless him!) over dinner at Hanabishi restaurant. The meal includes several courses all expertly matched to the various Sake by Masa himself.

So if you'd like to know your Nama Sake from your Taru Zake this is one evening not to be missed.
